Olive oil of Portuguese origin resulting from selected olives, mostly of the “Galega” variety and from our olive groves located in the Serra de Aire e Candeeiros region, located in the western and coastal half of Extremadura. The climate is moderate and clearly influenced by the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean and is dominated by a clayey, limestone-rich terroir.
This olive oil was produced in the century-old mill of “Quinta da Capeleira” – owned by Casa Féteira – in accordance with the best practices for producing superior quality olive oils.
This excellent olive oil results from rigorous control of the quality of olives from our olive groves, a manual harvesting process that allows for the best selection of olives (quality and maturation) and a subsequent and immediate oil extraction process using low temperatures, high technology and a sanitized and controlled environment.
Conservation Conditions:
Store in a cool place protected from light. Being a natural product, it is subject to slight clouding and/or clouding.
