These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and use of the Site, as well as the content (as defined below), information, recommendations and/or services provided on or through the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as any other laws or regulations that apply to the Site, the Internet and/or the World Wide Web. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, please leave the Site.
Validation of the purchase order presupposes that the customer is fully aware of and expresses acceptance of the general conditions of use of the website.
Content ownership
The Site is owned, operated and managed by Casa Féteira – Soc. Agrícola, Lda.
Trademarks
All brands, logos, models and other intellectual or industrial property rights appearing on the website are only used to demonstrate products sold by the company. The user is prohibited from using, copying, republication, uploading, editing, transmitting, distributing or modifying any brand, logo, model or any other intellectual or industrial property rights.
Improper use of the Website
You are prohibited from using the Site to post or transmit any materials that are or may be infringing, threatening, false, misleading, inflammatory, libelous, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or any materials that may constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party or that may otherwise give rise to civil liability or violate any law. The use of this Site for advertising purposes or to carry out any commercial promotional activities is also prohibited.
Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please review these terms regularly to be aware of any changes. The fact that you continue to use the Site after the publication of changes to these terms (including the privacy policy of Casa Féteira, Lda.) will mean that you accept these changes.
Prices
The prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Customs fees are added to this cost, if applicable.
Orders
- Shipping Orders
The expected delivery time for distribution is 2 working days, for any order within the national territory, and can go up to a maximum of 10 working days in case of stock outages.
However, the delivery time after our shipment will depend on third parties, namely the company that will carry out the delivery service.

- Shipping costs
The cost of shipping is borne by the customer and will be calculated depending on the weight of the products, the weight of the secure packaging, and their destination. This value will be indicated in the shopping cart in the case of Portugal and Spain before the final validation of the order, for the remaining countries it requires consultation.
All taxes and fees associated with products and their transportation are included in the final amount payable, except customs fees payable, whether inside or outside European Union countries.
- Order Reception / Complaints and Return
All of our products are properly packaged, in appropriate packaging, however we recommend that all orders are examined by the customer upon receipt.
If any irregularity or damage to the product is detected, we ask that you confirm that the contents are intact, and you may refuse the product if you consider that it is not in the best condition.
In case of any anomaly with the order upon delivery, we request, if possible, a photographic record.
If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer must duly justify the reason for the return and immediately notify Casa Féteira, which will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

- Returns and Cancellations
An order can be canceled by the customer, free of charge and without any justification, as long as this cancellation is made before payment and subsequent shipping processing.
Casa Féteira allows the return of products within 15 days. However, upon return, the product must remain intact (including packaging that accompanies the product, labels and back labels), otherwise the return will be void.
If you wish to return an order after receipt, it must be carefully reassembled and sent back to the shipping address described on the shipping notes.
You must keep the order in good condition until the return is made.
The amount paid in the meantime will be refunded, provided that, after being received and checked, the products are in perfect condition.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All products sold at Casa Féteira are perishable or susceptible to change, depending on handling conditions, inadequate temperature, light or humidity, therefore, we do not accept the return of a product under conditions that have deteriorated its quality.
Products can be exchanged for another item available in the online store, as long as they are in perfect condition and the packaging has not been opened or is not damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item from your home, you must request a return via email geral@casafeteira.com, indicating the reason and the respective contact details so that we can obtain all the necessary clarifications.
Transport and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The deadline for any exchange or return is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Payment
Payment must be made by:

- Bank transfer
The order will be sent within 24 hours of receiving proof of payment.
Casa Féteira does not accept any type of responsibility for the lack of payment resulting from incorrect filling of data by the customer, whatever they may be. Casa Féteira will use its efforts to guarantee maximum confidentiality and security in data transmitted over the internet.
- Invoices and Receipts
If the name or delivery address is different from the name of the purchasing customer, the invoice will be sent via email, if requested.
- Products
Product images may not fully correspond to the actual image of the product.
