Orders

For all orders made through the website, you will receive a confirmation with the respective details such as the total price of the order including shipping costs. If Casa Féteira is unable to supply a customer’s order in part or in full, it will contact you immediately in order to resolve the situation. Orders will be processed and shipped immediately after receipt of proof of payment.


Shipping Orders

The expected delivery time for distribution is 2 working days, for any order within the national territory, and can go up to a maximum of 10 working days in case of stock outages.

However, the delivery time after our shipment will depend on third parties, namely the company that will carry out the delivery service.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is borne by the customer and will be calculated depending on the weight of the products, the weight of the secure packaging, and their destination. This value will be indicated in the shopping cart in the case of Portugal and Spain before the final validation of the order, for the remaining countries it requires consultation.

All taxes and fees associated with products and their transportation are included in the final amount payable, except customs fees payable, whether inside or outside European Union countries.
